Contact Locallhost.im
Use this page for feedback, corrections, broken links, bug reports, or suggestions for new localhost troubleshooting guides.
What to Include
For a localhost troubleshooting report, include only safe, non-secret details:
- The local URL pattern, such as
http://localhost:3000/orhttp://127.0.0.1:8080/app/. - The exact browser error text, for example
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED,404, or an SSL protocol error. - The framework, server, or stack you are using, such as Vite, Next.js, Flask, Django, Tomcat, Docker, XAMPP, or Angular.
- Whether the service is running on the same device, another phone, a container, or a virtual machine.
- The command or terminal output after removing usernames, tokens, private paths, and internal hostnames.
Do Not Send Secrets
Do not send passwords, API keys, cookies, authorization headers, private tokens, database credentials, .env values, SSH keys, private certificates, or full logs that contain secrets.
If a screenshot shows a token, local file path, private hostname, account email, or database password, redact it before sending.
What We Can Help Improve
We can fix unclear guide text, broken links, missing localhost typo examples, confusing port explanations, and UI bugs on Locallhost.im. We cannot debug a private machine directly or guarantee that one local command matches every operating system and framework version.
